SUPENIA provides automation software for P2P cryptocurrency trading. We act as a middleware to connect your exchange accounts and automate trading workflows based on your settings. We are NOT an exchange, broker, or financial advisor.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the API keys and configurations you provide.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Any losses incurred due to market volatility or incorrect configuration.

4. No Financial Liability

Trading cryptocurrency involves significant risk. SUPENIA is not responsible for any financial losses, including but not limited to, losses from trading, system downtime, API errors, or market manipulation. Use the service at your own risk.

5. Fees and Payments

SUPENIA may charge subscription fees or transaction-based fees for the use of certain features. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
